With over 30 years of experience as a former C-Level Microsoft Executive, Gavriella has led multi-billion dollar portfolios, driven digital transformations, and launched numerous products. Gavriella serves as a Board Director for Women Executives Channel Advisory Network (WECAN), and has founded the Women in Technology (WiT) Network and Women in Cloud. She has also been recognized with awards and a TEDx talk on achieving gender equity. In 2023, Gavriella launched an interactive learning experience called RALI to empower everyone to become allies.
