The Career AcceleratHER program is specifically tailored for director-level women, aiming to equip them with the necessary skills to excel in leadership roles.
This comprehensive program covers a wide range of essential skills, including executive presence, imposter syndrome, securing P&L responsibilities, negotiation skills, and other crucial soft skills.
Participants will have the opportunity to join 90-minute office hours (every 6 weeks) and quarterly cohorts, a safe space for women to be transparent, accountable and receive guidance from executive trailblazers in the tech industry.
The ‘Career AcceleratHER’ program by WECAN is uniquely designed to cater to director-level women who are sponsored by their companies to participate. This sponsorship model creates a mutually beneficial relationship between the participants and their respective organizations, leading to significant advantages for the companies that invest in these talented women.
